NuxGame Shortlisted in Six Categories at the WIG Diversity Awards 2026
Another shortlist update from NuxGame. And honestly, this one feels big.
The Women in Gaming Diversity Awards 2026 finalists are out, and NuxGame is on the shortlist in six categories. That already feels like a lot. But what makes it even better is the mix itself.
We’ve been shortlisted for Innovator of the Year and Marketing Campaign of the Year. On top of that, Yuliia Vilkhivska is shortlisted for HR Champion Award (Supplier), Mariia Baranova for The Outstanding Mentor Award, Halyna Stepancha for Inspiration of the Year (Supplier), and Iryna Ivanytska for Young Leader of the Year (Supplier).
So yes, we’re very happy about this one.
Because six nominations is one thing. But six nominations across product, marketing, HR, mentoring, leadership, and culture says something bigger. It says people are noticing not just what NuxGame builds, but also how the company works from the inside.
About the Awards
The WIG Diversity Awards, officially known as the WIG Diversity and Employee Wellbeing Awards, have been around since 2010. Over the years, they’ve become one of the better-known awards in gaming when it comes to diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and the people shaping the industry in a more human way. The 2026 ceremony is set to take place on 12 June 2026 at The Savoy Hotel in London.
That context matters.
These awards are not really about who made the loudest campaign or who had the flashiest moment. They focus more on the people, the culture, the effort behind the scenes, and the work that actually changes how companies grow and how teams feel inside them.
That is probably why this shortlist means so much.
Innovator of the Year
NuxGame has been shortlisted for Innovator of the Year, and this one feels right.
For us, innovation has never been about adding things just to make noise. It has always been more practical than that. Better tools. Better logic. Better workflows. Less friction for operators. An iGaming platform that keeps getting stronger without becoming harder to use.
That is the part we care about most. Not innovation as a headline, but innovation that is actually useful when real people are working with the product every day.
So it is genuinely nice to see that recognized.
Marketing Campaign of the Year
The second company nomination is Marketing Campaign of the Year.
This one feels good for a different reason. Marketing in B2B iGaming can easily become too polished, too vague, or too disconnected from the actual product. We’ve tried to do the opposite. Keep it clearer. Keep it closer to what the platform really does. Keep it sounding like a real company, not just a set of nice-looking claims.
That takes work, and honestly, it is nice to see it noticed.
HR Champion Award (Supplier), Yuliia Vilkhivska
Yuliia Vilkhivska has been shortlisted for HR Champion Award (Supplier), and we’re really glad to see her there.
Anyone who has worked inside a growing company knows that HR can shape a huge part of the experience. It affects how people join, how they settle in, how they grow, and whether the company still feels human while scaling.
A lot of that work is not always visible from the outside. Inside the business, though, it matters a lot. That is why this nomination feels important.
The Outstanding Mentor Award, Mariia Baranova
Mariia Baranova has been shortlisted for The Outstanding Mentor Award, and that one feels very deserved too.
Mentoring is one of those things that quietly changes a team. It helps people get stronger faster. It gives confidence. It makes difficult periods easier to get through. And a lot of the time, it happens without much noise around it.
That is probably why this nomination feels especially nice. It recognizes something very real.
Inspiration of the Year (Supplier), Halyna Stepancha
Another individual nomination goes to Halyna Stepancha, shortlisted for Inspiration of the Year (Supplier).
This category is a little different, and maybe that is why it stands out. Being inspiring is not really about one project or one result. It usually comes from the way someone shows up over time. The way they work, the way they support others, the way they carry responsibility, and the kind of energy they bring into a team.
That is a meaningful kind of recognition, and we’re very happy to see Halyna shortlisted here.
Young Leader of the Year (Supplier), Iryna Ivanytska
The sixth nomination goes to Iryna Ivanytska, shortlisted for Young Leader of the Year (Supplier).
We’re very glad to see this one too. Young leadership is not only about potential. It is also about how someone handles responsibility early, how they grow into bigger decisions, and how they create momentum around them while still learning and developing.
That is what makes this nomination feel strong. It points to both talent and real contribution.
What These Six Nominations Really Say
Taken together, these six nominations say that NuxGame is being noticed for both the product and for the people behind it. For the way the brand is growing. For the culture inside the company. For the work that happens in public, and also the work that does not always get seen straight away.
Honestly, that may be the best part of this whole update.
Because product matters, of course. Brand matters too. But the people building the company matter just as much.
Looking Ahead
Being shortlisted in six categories at the WIG Diversity Awards 2026 means a lot to us. It is a proud moment for the whole team, and especially for the people whose names are on that finalists list.
We’ll keep doing what we’ve been doing. Building the product. Growing the team. Supporting good people. Trying to keep the company ambitious, but still real.
We are always excited to continue helping operators build stronger iGaming businesses with better technology and a more human approach to partnership. If you’re looking for a reliable platform partner, let’s talk.
