Together, the six nominations cover the NuxGame technology, service, marketing, and leadership.
Voting Is Open Until 31 August
The EiGE Awards, run by HIPTHER, do not use a closed judging panel. They run in two rounds.
Round one is public voting. Anyone can vote, one vote per category, and those votes decide the shortlist. Round two takes place at the HIPTHER Warsaw Summit, where event participants cast the final vote.

What the Product Nominations Cover
Best iGaming Supplier and Innovator of the Year look at the same platform from different angles. NuxGame has been building it since 2018 and now works with 140+ clients worldwide. The pieces are meant to connect rather than sit side by side. The Game Aggregator brings in 18,500+ games from 140+ providers through one integration, the Turnkey solution wraps that into a full casino and sportsbook setup, and the Casino API covers operators who already have a product and only need the modules. That same principle shapes how we approach innovation, and it is what we would point to in the Innovator of the Year category: reducing the amount of operational work teams have to handle manually.
Best Customer Service
Our client satisfaction score has averaged 4.8 out of 5 over the past six months. The reason is less about response speed and more about how the work is organized. Support runs 24/7, and every operator has a named account manager rather than a shared queue, so the person answering already knows the project. Licensing and compliance questions go to people who have handled the same jurisdiction before, which is why legal services sit inside the company. The model is built around continuity: operators should not have to re-explain the same project context every time they need support.
Shrimply the Best
The campaign launched around SiGMA Central Europe 2025 in Rome on a simple idea: technology gets you considered, relationships get you chosen. Underneath the seafood jokes it carried real product news, which gave the team something specific to say once a conversation started.
Daniel Heywood and Yanina Kaplya
Daniel has led NuxGame through the move from platform provider to a wider ecosystem, and was named among the Top 100 Most Influential People in iGaming 2026. The themes he returns to publicly stay consistent: treat regulatory readiness as part of the product, and judge features by whether they make an operator’s day more efficient.
Yanina, our CMO, built the marketing function that turned a technically strong company into one the market recognizes. DONUT MISS OUT and Shrimply the Best both came from her team, and she was shortlisted as Marketer of the Year at the EGR Awards in 2025.
Why Six at Once
