1. Agent system update

NuxGame Agent System was updated – from now on, our clients can collect even more differentiated statistics on finance, players’ behavior, actions of your sub-agents, etc. Also, a top manager has the right to limit access to separate features of the stats menu if it is required. With the help of new tools, our clients will receive more useful data for predicting their brand performance.

Wazdan is an iGaming software provider well known for its top-notch software for online casinos. 3. Ticket System Design Update

The ticket system menu design was updated to optimize usability and facilitate the ticket handling process for all system users. The improvements were implemented to several types of tickets – “Players-to-company”, “Company-to-company” and “Company-to-company” tickets. Also, new ticket categories were added.
