1. Email verification service update

An email verification service was updated for the improvement of system security and endorsement of a fair play policy. The system allows detecting if the client provides a real or fake email. Also, the email verification procedure is defined as mandatory for all registered players who want to order a withdrawal. This measure allows preventing bonus abuse by newly registered players.

2. New providers on board

In November, three new international providers became available on the NuxGame turnkey platform and via the API solution for integration.

KA Gaming - an ambitious slot developer from Asia founded back in 2016. KA Gaming is mostly specializing in slot games, offering an extensive collection of 300+ slot games of different types. Naturally, the KA Games portfolio features a big collection of Asian-themed slots that are so popular on the Asian market. Also, a brand can offer several arcade-type games, keno, baccarat, video poker, and many others.

EBET - an Asian Live Casino provider that offers predominantly classic casino games like blackjack, roulette, baccarat, sic-bo, dragon tiger, fortune wheel, and many others.

Platipus - an influential iGaming provider from the UK founded in 2014. The brand is mostly specializing in slot and table games. Brand’s gaming titles are highly praised by players for their design, entertaining gameplay, and impressive art and graphics.

3. Individual session limit settings

Session limit is a platform feature that automatically exits the player account after a period of inactivity. The session limit feature helps to prevent unauthorized access to the player’s account. In most cases, the session limit time is set globally and is equal for all players in the system. After the latest update, the player can set an individual session limit with the help of the system operator, who has access to the session limit settings.

4. New tags on “Player editing” and “Payment management” pages

Two menus, “Player editing” and “Player management” were updated. For the convenience of the platform administrators, the menu was enriched with new features and additional tags that allow to administer, customize and organize the menus.

5. A new algorithm for password restoration and validation

Some important changes were made to the authorization system module. Namely, the algorithm of password restoration was optimized. Also, fixed requirements for password length and complexity were implemented in order to increase the player’s personal account security.

6. New bonus types

Three new bonus types are now available in the “Marketing” menu of the system - Promo Deposit Bonus, Promo Welcome Bonus, and Promo Affiliate Bonus.

  • Promo Deposit Bonus - a bonus that requires a player to make a deposit of a specific amount in a specific period of time in order to get the bonus amount credited.
  • Promo Welcome Bonus - a no deposit bonus type that is available to the player right upon registration. The bonus can be used by players only once.
  • Promo Affiliate Bonus - a no deposit bonus that can be credited to a player only by an affiliate. This type of bonus is widely used for attracting new players.

7. League priority management

A casino/sportsbook administrator can now change the event’s position in the menu. This practical setting allows arranging events by popularity, highlighting the events that are popular in the jurisdiction of your operation. An administrator can change the league position by assigning each league a number - the position of the league will be higher once it is assigned a higher number in the special menu of the back office.

8. “Response time” menu integrated

An important innovation that will help to optimize the operation of our clients’ brands was deployed. The “Response time” menu collects data concerning the data exchange between NuxGame and clients’ servers. The “Response time” menu allows to analyze the quality of the connection while all the information about downtimes that may occur will be recorded in this section as well. This new feature helps to discover any connectivity issues almost instantly and fix them as fast as it is possible.

9. Notification panel

The client notification panel was implemented. From now on, the system users will instantly receive essential information about the platform and our innovations via the notification window.
